The Colorado Health Foundation

The Colorado Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization working with others to make Colorado the healthiest state in the nation.  In April 2007 ClinicNet received grant funding to formalize its operating structure and move forward on goals and objectives identified through strategic planning conducted in November 2006.

COPIC Medical Foundation

The COPIC Medical Foundation is a non-profit corporation organized exclusively for the benefit of and to provide support for charitable, educational, civic and scientific purposes related to medicine, medical education, and other medical charitable purposes. The COPIC Medical Foundation 2006 grant provided monies for strategic planning, ongoing Executive Director funding and operations support.

Caring for Colorado Foundation

Caring for Colorado Foundation's vision is to ensure that the people of Colorado are the healthiest in the nation. Its mission is to promote and serve the health care needs of the citizens of Colorado.

Caring for Colorado Foundation believes in these core values:
