The Colorado Health Foundation is a nonprofit
organization working to make Colorado the healthiest state
in the nation. In April 2007 ClinicNet received grant funding to
formalize its operating structure and move forward on goals and
objectives identified through strategic planning.
Caring for Colorado Foundation's vision is to ensure
that the people of Colorado are the healthiest in the nation. Its
mission is to promote and serve the health care needs of the citizens of
Colorado.
Caring for Colorado Foundation believes in these core
