ClinicNET enhances the capacity of Community-Funded Safety Net Clinics and Rural Health Clinics to serve vulnerable Coloradans, by:
- Increasing recognition of clinics as key safety net providers
- Supporting clinic participation in strategic patient care initiatives
- Informing health policy and administration
- Providing education, resources, and technical assistance
- Improving clinic HIT/HIE capacity
- Facilitating data collection
- Engaging in community outreach
- Fostering relationships and communication
