ClinicNet OverviewWhat is ClinicNet?ClinicNet is a Colorado non-profit corporation committed to strengthening Colorado’s safety net by empowering organizations that provide health care to vulnerable populations. Who does ClinicNet serve?Non-federally qualified clinics that provide care to underserved Coloradoans. Affiliated ClinicsClinicNet clinics are diverse in size, philosophy, services offered and populations served. Clinics include Colorado’s residency training programs, clinics in large metropolitan areas along the front range and those in rural and mountain communities. Participating OrganizationsSeveral organizations provide significant support in the form of meeting space, hosting of Board meetings and representatives who serve on ClinicNet’s Board of Directors. Project CollaboratorsClinicNet values its relationships with all organizations committed to improving the delivery of health care to Colorado’s vulnerable populations. ClinicNet works with the Colorado Health Institute (CHI) to identify, collect and report appropriate data about the Safety Net. A number of ClinicNet clinics participate in the Colorado Colorectal Screening Program and collaborate with the Colorado Colorectal Cancer Task Force (a member of the larger efforts of the Colorado Cancer Coalition) in support of their plan to reduce cancer mortality and to influence behaviors that relate to cancer mortality throughout Colorado.
